商业订购函(OrderLetter)的写法 : 商业订购函是买方为表达购买意愿而准备的文书。一般使用具有一定格式的订单(Order Form;Order Sheet)。Order Form是在普通书信中叙述订购意图;而Order Sheet则是以填表的方式,在印刷的格式中填入必要的文字。
撰写商业订购函无论采取上述哪种格式的订单,都应对订购意图即:标的物品名、重量单位、数量、单价等具体文字和数字特别注意,不得有误。尤其是在Order sheet (订单)中,如出现错字、漏字,均会造成误解,从而引起交易上的纠纷,招致经济上和信誉上的损失。
商业订购函上应记载的要件:(1)订购品目。(2)数量。(3)规格,包括尺寸、形状、颜色、性质等。(4)单价与总金额。(5)送交目的地。(6)装运日期。(7)包装方式与唛头。(8)付款方法,包括支票(cheque)、跟单汇票(Documentary Draft)、邮汇现金(Money Order)、货到付现(C.O.D)、记帐(On Ac-count)等。(9)订单号码与日期。(10)样品号码与目录号码。(11)其他事项。请参考:
